Naked City: Detective Halloran's mild-mannered neighbor, Andrew Eisert, suddenly goes berserk killing 4 merchants in their neighborhood. Eisert eludes arrest which forces Halloran, who knows the killer's favorite hang outs, to embark on a chase to find his neighbor which ends with a showdown at Coney Island.
