The Six Million Dollar Man: Barney Miller, the seven million dollar man, is reactivated. Having apparently recovered, he's eager to resume auto racing. However, when the team owner won't let him race, Barney attacks the man and mistakenly believes he's killed him. Barney has a mental break from the stress and goes on crime spree, and Steve must track him down.
